Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We value your experience, and while we aim to serve the best quality food, the nature of our service limits refund eligibility.

2.1 No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Late delivery due to traffic or external causes

  • Incorrect item ordered by customer

  • Dine-in cancellations after kitchen confirmation

2.2 Refund Exceptions (if applicable)

Refunds or partial refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If the delivered food is spoiled, damaged, or inedible upon arrival

  • If items are missing from the order

  • If the order was billed but not delivered

To initiate a refund review:

  • Contact us at the customer care number within 2 hours of order delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2.3 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order.

  • Once food preparation begins, cancellation will not be allowed.
